I threw it up this morning, onto the beloved interwebs. I've made it as exact to this one as possible, so it's easy to compare between the two. The only differences I have made are slight ones to description to change the tone to fit the Imp side more. The URL is:

Now we can really get it up and running! As soon as the servers are back on, I'll put the URL in MOTD.
Now, shall we register with our Republic main names or Empire main names?
Repuc might be easier to recognize, but.. well, it's the Empire guild after all....
